Nova Komenco Pty Ltd commenced operations in Middelburg Mpumalanga in 2017 targeting maintenance and fabrication projects in the stainless steel and chrome industry. In the last year Nova Komenco has evolved into a complete Engineering, maintenance, fabrication, and projects contractor supporting heavy industry in both the material refining and mining industry, with a highly dedicated team of industry professionals.

KEY PERSONNEL
MICHAEL HARRINGTON (Director)
Michael comes with many years in the Mining industry, nationally and internationally, and founded and managed a large crushing and screening contractor Crushing Service Solutions Pty Ltd and was a founding member of Ore Sorting Australia Pty Ltd a material beneficiation contractor in Australia, with extensive knowledge in Iron Ore, Coal, Nickel and Lithium beneficiation, transport and mining.
Michael recently held a senior management position with BHP Nickel West in Western Australia
PHILLIP TROSKIE (Site Manager)
Phillip is well-regarded in the processing, engineering and mining industry starting his career as an apprentice Boilermaker/Welder over 20 year ago. Since qualifying as a boilermaker Phillip progressed into supervision, planning and then managerial roles with various tier 1 maintenance, engineering, and construction contractors before joining Nova Komenco in 2023. Phillip`s ground up experience has made him well versed in all aspects of maintenance, construction, and project delivery for industry leaders in the mining and processing industries, managing large teams of industry professionals delivering safe cost-effective projects and maintenance services.
JOHANN LAMPRECHT (Operations Manager)
Johann obtained his ND Electrical Engineering (Power) from TUT in 2006 and have been working in the smelter and engineering industry for the last 19 years. He was involved with electrical and mechanical projects on various smelters and sites ranging from OSB & Open Furnaces to crusher & sintering plants. During this time, he held positions as technician, engineering planner, engineering foreman, design engineer, maintenance specialist and maintenance superintendent Nationally and internationally, Johann joined Nova Komenco in 2024 as the Operations Manager.
SELLO ANDRIES MASHISHI (Logistics Manager)
Andries has been in the Engineering, construction and Fabrication industry since the late 1990`s, involved in various disciplines ie maintenance, planning and logistics, Andries is responsible for all the logistic and transport support of Nova Komeco utilizing his vast experience to ensure that all moving parts are deployed safely and cost-effectively to support all our clients.
